This week we are having a sale in Costa Mesa! The gentleman was a bachelor and took EXCELLENT care of everything and had some of the best things he could buy ..... Also, I'm working with a realtor who needed a DIFFERENT home liquidated in a complex where they do not allow sales. So everything from that home was delivered and added to this home to make a nice, full diverse sale, with a selection of home decor and furniture that will fit many styles!

First of all, a the house is beautifully, clean and organized!  An iron Kitchen breakfast nook or small dining table and 4 chairs.  A modern (Walnut? Mahogany?) dining table with 8 chairs-in excellent condition. Several pieces of wrought iron living room pieces-including a glass topped sofa table and coffee table. A nice selection of natural color Rattan living room and patio furniture including a chair and ottoman, book shelves, and a dinette set. A fabulous!! Red Leather Sofa done in the Eames/Mid-Century Modern style. Pretty sure it's been sat on at least 3 times! Super nice and buttery soft-one of my favorite things there! A beautiful dark leather sofa-modern, comfortable and ready to put in your house! A large, cozy, neutral colored upholstered armchair and ottoman. A large, excellent Sony flatscreen and Sony stereo and electronics. Several other small tables and stands and things-some Asian style and some iron and others that I'm sure I have forgotten to include.

Lots of Lighting including table lamps, floor lamps, and hanging lights. And again, a diverse selection from very modern to a couple more vintage style. A very nice selection of art. Prints and originals, portraits and Asian art-all nice and beautifully framed. Ready for placement in your home!

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. 2 different bed frames one wood and one metal. A Mahogany nightstand and dresser. One set of 2 slate topped retro side tables that were being used as nightstands but my guess is that they were actually side tables for a living room. Why? There is a matching coffee table! Very cool set! A small white desk, Gorgeous black and gold screen, iron vanity bench and a small black lacquer table. Beautiful Vintage light wood, carved Asian trunk

There is a Weber S-670 model gas/propane grill. It was very well cared for. It is the stainless grate type and as you can see it IS used but not used a lot. It is in excellent working condition and was always covered by cover and over-hang(and includes the cover). Quality piece, as Weber is. Family says it cost $2700- new. A nice Metal and glass patio table with 6 chairs.

Fun part (especially for you guys!)-the garage! There is a selection of water sports equipment. First of all, the garage star is the Seda Ikkuma 17 fiberglass Kayak. It is a modified Greenland style design. Moderate rocker, rubber hatches and day-hatch for gear. Added camel-back water holder. Boat has typical scratches on hull from normal usage. 17'L x 22"W. A very well made, quality piece. Net says it cost $3100- new. There are BAGS of gear and water-sports items to make sure you are well ready to launch. Other guys stuff like tools and things..... Shop Vac, Ryobi table saw, work table, and all those things you need for a well equipped work space. Still working on it.

YES, there is jewelry. Obviously from the other estate as this home was a straight-up Bach Pad! From fine to fun. I have not yet finished going through it all but have seen some very nice pieces-vintage and modern-both men's and women's jewelry. Native American, and other artisan sterling. Some gold and some costume. I saw some Bakelite pieces and some compacts, signed and unsigned pieces. Still going through it....A respectable collection!

There is islander type pieces from travel, shell collection, bar ware, wine-related items, 2 and more sets of dinnerware, bake ware, pots and pans and all the stuff you need for the home. LOTS of men's clothing and shoes (Hawaiian shirts), some women's clothing, linens, bed linens!

Be advised that I am advertising 3 pieces separately and ahead of the sale so they have a better chance of getting what the family wants for them. Not my normal MO but there it is, so please feel free to inquire ahead of time about the Weber, the Seda Kayak, and the Red Leather Sofa. NOTHING else will be sold before Friday so please don't ask! IF they sell this week I will edit them out of this ad but please be aware of this!
Sign-up sheet available at 3pm on Thursday. Cash Only. Bring Help to Load large Items. Be considerate of our neighbors and don't park in or in front of driveways!! DO NOT PARK INSIDE THE COMPLEX!! THERE IS PLENTY OF STREET PARKING! We are not responsible for accidents! We will go half-price on Saturday(not the Seda, Weber or Sofa). Again, I still have not gone through every single thing but I believe there is some interesting things and fun stuff!!!
Hope to see you there!
