Estate Sale - Back Lot - Culver City

This will be an interesting sale for everyone.

This small house is located where the back lot of MGM studios used to be. The extras used to use these homes back in the movie days when old films were made. So this is an interesting area.

We will bring you old photos, books, some statuary, jewelry, some art, nice old furniture, a shuffle board, old stand up radio, clothes, records, and more.

Just got the keys, will update shortly with photos and more information.

After first look, old books, some first editions but old books.

A ton of old original 45rpm records, they are original 1960's forward.

The LP's range from show tunes to rock, still being examined.

An old coke tray which has not been cleaned yet. 

Misc art, depression glass, lamps, good old typewriters and they work.

Here's the latest

still working on the records bit there are LP's both rock and show tunes. The 45's range from 60's forward also rock, show tunes and a few old show tunes.

Clothing, and some nice misc real depression glass.

We found some very nice kitchen ware by Vollrath. This is Lo-heat steel cookware. Do your homework on these. This is top of the line stainless cookware. We have pots, pans, frying pans, and more. Some of it will be sold by the set.

We have a nice Philco radio in good condition, a locking armoire, dining room table with china cabinet, table and 8 chairs. This is a smaller set which will fit into a smaller house.

The usual real depression glass. Some art, we have a real old hanging Chinese dragon gong with hammer.

A nice accordian, a Silvio Soprani which has been completely redone, an electronic keyboard and more.

The records we have found go back to the turn of the century forward. Some are the one sided gramophone records, show tunes, big bands, jewish (hebrew) from the early 1900's, opera and more.
