Ladies, please No handbags, wallets Okay. Please bring your own bags/boxes/paper wrap for your purchases. Cash and credit cards accepted no checks. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO EXCHANGES. BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER to remove all large items purchased. We do have manpower and delivery service for a fee. All items are sold "AS IS." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. TLC or homeowner are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. These are private homes, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and/or other shoppers at all times.

We are conducting a live one day estate sale in Culver City with a house full of mid-century furniture and collectables. We have the following items for sale: coffee tables, buffet, bedroom set, book shelves, dining table and chairs, desk, artwork, Worchester china, vintage crystal, Amana Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, kitchen full, books, sewing machine, patio furniture, lots of treasures.
We are conducting a live estate sale with the following Covid-19 Regulations/rules to follow:
Customers enter the premises by their own volition. TLC Estate Transition Services and the homeowner are in no way liable or to be held liable.
1. Everyone must wear face coverings NO EXCEPTIONS
2. Social Distancing-Only 6-8 people at a time inside the sale at any given time. We ask you to maintain safe distance 6' from other shoppers. SOCIAL DISTANCING
3. Everyone must sanitize hands before entering sale.
4. No one with a cold or fly symptoms will be allowed. Please stay home if you are not feeling well. RESPECT FOR OTHERS
5. We will set out a sign up sheet and assign a time for entry into the property. We ask you to wait outside or in your car until you are called to enter the sale.
6. Please limit touching anything that you are not seriously interested in purchasing.
