Online Registration Requirements:
Registration online is for a specific auction. Only LoganLand Productions, LLC. has the authority to approve or disapprove an individual for bidding at their auction. In addition to the requirements for the specific platform, LoganLand Productions, LLC, will require an individual to submit a valid credit card prior to the auction to be accepted for bidding.
Buyer's Premium:
A 25% Buyers Premium will be added to all online bids. All bidders agree to accept our Terms & Conditions of Auction when bidding.
Buyer's Review of Lots:
Bidders should examine all lots and descriptions and photographs prior to bidding as all items are sold as-described/photographed.
Bidder Disputes:
If any dispute occurs between two (or more) bidders, the Auctioneer may decide the sale. Or the Auctioneer may immediately put the lot up for sale again and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the Auctioneer shall be final, fixed, and unequivocal.
All invoices must be paid in full before their merchandise will be shipped or released to them. The buyer is responsible for paying the seller directly after winning the item.
Additionally, any applicable sales tax will be charged.
The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping and handling (labor & materials to pack) costs.
Our in-house shipping department will gladly pack and ship any item.
