·ADDRESS will be available at 8:00 Monday Morning. Please visit the sale location to receive your entry number then find a place to park. Numbers available at 8:00 Tuesday, discount day, for those physically in line.

WE DO NOT HONOR DROP OFF BOXES, AND/OR PLACEHOLDERS FOR THOSE WHO LEAVE THE PREMISES.

· No sign-up list will be honored.

· No place holders will be honored for those that are not physically at the house.

· We do not pre-sell or quote prices prior to the sale

· We gladly accept All Credit Cards and Cash, no checks.

· We are required by the State of California to collect sales tax. Only VALID Resale Certificates will be honored with $20.00 minimum purchase.
