Home is furnished throughout with gorgeous rosewood interpretations of Asian/Japanese style furniture from Nigel's In Berkeley, CA. Nigel's known for their rosewood furniture and this home is virtually an untouched  vintage 1960's Mid Century time capsule throughout. This includes the decor, kitchen and dining accessories, art, lighting.  Packed garage will keep you rooting around for hours! 

On the day of sale at 7:30 am  a sign-in sheet will be placed on a table in the driveway area. No other sign-in sheet will be honored. I will get everyone back in order of arrival about 10 minutes before we open. Be comfy in your car, get a coffee and find a powder room. Please no chairs or boxes as place markers.  Address will be available 9:00am on July 18. This is a fun sale featuring quality items

 Cash only please. For larger pieces of furniture please bring your own help for lifting and loading. All items need to be picked up both days 1 hour before closing.
