-All sales are final, no returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Please check all items before purchase. Will have outlets available to check electronic items.
-Cash/credit-debit through Venmo or Zelle are accepted for payment. Sorry, no checks will be accepted.
-No large purses or bags or large coats will be allowed in the home.
-Please bring help to load large items.
-The sellers and home owners are not responsible for accidents in or around the home.
-All purchased items must be removed at the close of the sale.
-Number of people allowed in the home will be determined on home size and space and at the discretion of the seller and home owner. Please be prepared to wait outside if asked, we will get you in as fast as possible.

We are very excited to present a 4-day estate sale in a beautiful home in the city of Cypress. Home owner took great care of everything and was the original owner of all furniture and most items. Everything was always covered and protected, so it is all in pristine condition and a must see! Pet free, smoke free home.
