Estate Sale – Estate Liquidation – Inside & Outside

Estate liquidation following the passing of the homeowner. The sale includes a selection of household furnishings, collectibles, kitchen items, décor, tools, outdoor items, and much more. Items will be displayed throughout the home as well as in the backyard/driveway. This is being run by the family, not a paid organization. We still have two family members living in the home please respect signs that say do not enter. A few items will not be available for pick up until 30-31 August. The home must be cleared out NLT 31 August. We cannot hold past that date.

A listing will be available. 44 Chevron Toy Cars in original packaging in near mint condition to be sold as one lot. A Listing will be available. Various unique collectible figurines, knick knacks. Vitrine Cabinet (2) Glass and Brass. Round glass and metal table with 2 metal chairs. Backyard stuff - Pots, garden art, BBQ and 3 Rubbermaid Storage Sheds -- you disassemble. Furniture - CA King 4 poster bed frame and matching night stands, two recliners and a lazy boy love seat. China Cabinet, modular desk. Big Glass Wall Mirror (currently over a fireplace). Vintage "Gone with the Wind" style lamps (2) with extra chimneys. Lawn Mower. LG Front Load Washer purchased in August 2025 on pedestal (must be removed on 30-31 August -- NO LATER).
