No Early Birds ~ Do not disturb occupants

We will put numbers out at 8:00am on Friday. Please please please remember to park only in marked guest spots, or across the street at Albertson's. If cars are in the street we will be shut down.

No credit cards, no checks

Please bring no purses, jackets or backpacks into the sale (it's OK if they are empty and you want to use them for shopping). You will be asked to take them back to your car. Feel free to bring large empty bags to put your purchases in.

Please bring your own boxes and/or bags and packing material.

Bring help to load large items. We do not have people to help load heavy things.

All sales are as-is and final.

Let's call this a going away party, since estate sales are not allowed in this neighborhood (Seaside Villas). Grandma Jane has been living here since 1987 and kept all of her treasures in pristine shape. Now it's time to say goodbye (good buy) to all that great stuff so we are throwing it a party. You are all invited, so bring your cash!

There will be no signs, so make a note of the address. We will try to keep balloons on the gate.

Larger furniture items will also be available before the sale dates, so if you see a picture with prices, email us for an appointment to see the item.
