You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

Please do not ask for prices even if you are coming from far away. I am sorry but it is not our policy to disclose prices prior to a sale, for multiple reasons. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Like a time warp from the 60's 70's this original home houses all of its original treasures and then some. As are all of our sales, this sale will be by appointment only. You will need to email me (not text please) and I will schedule so that we can socially distance.
Pictures will be taken and uploaded later in the week.
As a reminder, you are required to wear a mask at all times during our sales.
Acceptable payment forms are:
1) Cash
Please bring multiple denominations and change so you can pay the exact amount. We will not have a change box. This is to avoid handling money as much as possible.
2) Zelle
B of A, Wells Fargo and Chase (and perhaps others) now offer this free service in which you transfer the amount of your purchase. Probably best to have the app before you are ready to pay. Go to your bank and look at transfer money options.
3) Check
If you are a regular customer and pay regularly by check to us, I am happy to take your check.
