You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.

All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

As we finish out this week with the fabulous sale, we look forward to going to Christies next week for a week of Modern Art. Upon my return, we immediately begin preparation on two new sales, one in Newport and one in South County, both unique and filled with treasures.
Like walking back in time, the moment you enter this home you will feel someone walked in to a Danish Modern shop in the 60's/70's and bought everything (and kept it in near mint condition out of the sun for the last 50+ years.)
We are delighted to present to you this lovely sale, mostly Danish Modern furniture in one of OC's most exclusive ocean front communities. Highlights are a near mint condition teak dining table surrounded by 6 Niels Koefoed's Eva Chairs, a vintage Frank Gehry style corrugated cardboard pendant lamp, and a near mint matching teak coffee and lamp table that are sure to please the most discerning collector. In addition to Danish furniture, we have Dansk, Heath, Rosenthal, Murano, and men's clothing Brooks Brothers, Façonaable, and other traditional brands size M.
