All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

The triple Baccarat dolphin motif candelabra which is nothing short of spectacular...loads of china, crystal and porcelain, Italian, French and others. Lanterns, holiday decor and so so much decorative. This is our final session at Monarch Beach. Email me if you would like to return (we will have put out more items from boxes uncovered in bedrooms and garage) or if you would like to come for the first time. Everything will be priced to sell and you will leave with a smile on your face knowing you bought something beautiful at a great price...
Welcome to our spectacular Monarch Bay Estate. This sale will be by very limited appointment only due to the nature of this private community. What did not our clients collect? Well...that is hard to say. At first glance yesterday I was very impressed by the quantity and above all the quality. There is not just a lot of crystal and glass, there is a lot of Baccarat, Lalique, ( including a fabulous Lalique Crystal Chrysalide Vase,) Daum and of course Waterford. Chinese ceramics, garden seats, urns, jardinieres, lidded jars...blue and white, silver and silver plate, unusual baskets, books everywhere and boxes in rooms and the garage 6 feet tall the contents of which are still unknown...I always like a good surprise. Some items subject to prior sale and some items may be bid only. Thank you in advance.
If you recently attended our Harbor View Hills estate last month (with over 10,000 quality items) then you will see similar quality and quantity here in Monarch Bay.
Anyway, about a month away, but if you are in town and a serious buyer of quality and fine items, get in touch the beginning of June and lets chat.
