We accept cash, debit and credit cards as payment.

No early sales. (Meaning not before we open on the first day.)

First come first serve

Please bring help if you plan to buy large furniture. Bring furniture pads (blankets) too.

We provide boxes, packing and bags (whilst stocks last). Please leave your bags/boxes in your car.

Remember that all items are sold as-is, where-is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We are a true estate liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the estates are paid immediately after the sale.

Late 19th-early 20th century Chinese painting in ink and color on paper of Mandarin official in court robes with 9th grade rank badge of a Paradise Flycatcher.

Chinese rug, 1920-30's 242' x 155", a gift from Sir Victor Sassoon to the homeowner was the original lobby rug in the Cathay Hotel, under communist rule Peace Hotel, now a Fairmont Hotel.

Chinese three panel hardwood screen carved on each panel. Each panel 72" high x 17.5" wide, circa 1925
