Beautiful 1960s custom built architecturally inspired, Mid Century Modern home in the prestigious San Diego North County neighborhood where Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, and Solana Beach connect!

Tasteful  collection of a retired Geophysicist and his artist / painter/ craftsman wife.

A multi generational accumulation fine art, objects, furnishings, and household contents, from Mid Century Danish Modern Design  to Boho, fine paintings, crafting, art frames, tons of books, and quality household with a touch of 1960s-1980s funkiness! Treasures abound throughout the home including the garage and yard.

• SOLD An early Jens Risom Designs double wide, 8 drawer walnut cabinet w/ brass pulls.
• SOLD An early Jens Risom Designs 8 drawer walnut server or chest w/ brass pulls. 
• Important French Modernist Jean Claude Mahey Coffee Table 
• Pair of pretty damn cool faux leopard calfskin leather arm chairs by Monteverdi Young.
• SOLD Vintage Ekornes chair with Otto
• An iconic and authentic, pre-owned Danish Modern *Corona Chair by Poul Volther for Erik Jorgensen.  All original., with factory label. Still in production and always in demand, this chair retails (new) at $5687 online, before tax. We have priced this chair to SELL.
• SOLD A STUNNING, handmade Persian Isfahan carpet, circa 1950s. Measures approx. 8’ x 10’. Crisp design,  gorgeous palette works with today.s decor. Good, even pile with wear consistent with age and careful use. Recently professionally cleaned by Kate Blatchford.
• Impressive pair of 1970s Palm Springs style Lucite and faux snakeskin (1 black, 1 white) floor lamps in the manner of Karl Springer. 
• A large, original watercolor and gouache rendering of Salvador Dali by by renown American contemporary artist Eric Wixon.
• Sweet 1960s Danish Modern teak wood desk by Gunnar Nielsen Tiegaard. Needs a minor repair and light refinish. Priced very reasonably.
• SOLD Cool set of Russel Wright dinnerware just in time for the holidays!
• 1970s Danish Modern teak wood dining table (with leaf) and 4 chairs. Can accommodate 2 more chairs for those young, growing, families. Specially priced.
• Unusual 1970s architecturally inspired duo light floor lamp attributed to Paul Mayer for Habitat, New York.
• Exceptional modernist aquatint etching by Johnny Friedlaender. Edition of 50.
• SOLD Very Impressive 60s Jazz combo oil on canvas painting from a 1970s Downtown San Diego Jazz club. Partial signature “Lench” ?
• A  massive, 6 panel, hand painted Japanese folding screen (Byobu), in the Kano school manner, late Meiji period. Appraised by Antique Roadshow’s Lark Mason and Associates, but PRICED to SELL.
•  Pretty groovy 1980s Boho loot rattan and nubby fabric L sofa. So GOOD!
• The husband was a Geophysicist....so it’s only appropriate to have a SET of 1970s*faux boulder and glass top end tables and matching coffee table by Sirmos, New York, and quite pricey in it’s day. THIS is the next decorating trend on the East Coast...hip decorators are longing for something new and different.
• Pictured with the Boho rattan sofa and Sirmos tables are a MASSIVE pair of 1960s-1970s Bitossi style lamps with superbly colorful, handpainted flowers. These lamps will make a statement in ANY interior....never seen a pair quite like these. 
• Lots original oil paintings and renderings by a well known North County San Diego artist all priced to sell.
• Nice selection of 1950s to 1980s studio pottery and decor.
• Sur la Table, Le Creuset cookware.
• Small but sweet collection of Longaberger baskets.
