We have been tasked with selling the contents of this home quickly. This WILL NOT be one of our typical sales. NOTHING will be priced. It will NOT be staged. You will have to dig. But it will be CHEAP. There is only one small wall air conditioner and the house is smaller and crammed. Therefore we are doing by appt only (early AM hours only). and allowing a limited amount of people at a time. Bring cash and your own boxes.
