Terms & Conditions
1.) All purchases will be sight unseen, you will only have the pictures and our descriptions to go by. You may ask questions about the item through text.
2.) Payment will be required electronically, with no exceptions.
We will accept PayPal, Square, Venmo, Stripe, or Zelle – no cash or checks. If you need us to take your credit card info over the phone, we will help you with that.
3.) Small items can be shipped to purchasers and we will provide shipping cost upon request for shipping.
4.) Large items will be local pickup which will be handled this way: you pay for the item, after payment we arrange a scheduled pickup time that will have an adequate cushion of time in-between to ensure you will not arrive when others are picking up. Your item will be outside ready for you to load into your car without any contact with us or anyone else. If there is anyone near your item when you arrive text us for further instruction before exiting your vehicle. We will have a table of items available for direct purchase set up outside for items that didn’t make it into the auction.
5.) Shipping for Lots of Smalls can be treated as Large Items if the lot contains more than 5 pieces.
6.) We will collect sales tax of 7.75% unless you send a picture of your seller’s permit accompanied with a signed note stating that you will be using your purchase for resale.
7.) Typically we will not allow returns or exchanges, but if you can provide evidence that the item was not as advertised we will be willing to exchange for store credit if the item is returned (at buyer’s expense) in the condition it was in when it left our possession

More from the wonderful Diamond Bar estate. This time around we have more great home decor, gold gilt, Hollywood Regency, Italian imports, vintage kitchen, garage tools, hardware, and yard art.
LARGE/AKWARD ITEMS OR MULTIPLE AUCTION WINS FOR THIS ESTATE WILL BE SCHEDULED BY YELLOW DOG ESTATE SALES FOR PICK UP ON SITE IN DIAMOND BAR.
If you are a winner and you are required to pick up in Diamond Bar, there are some requirements as listed below.
- Winners will be required to pick up on March 19th (Friday) in the afternoon or March 20th (Saturday) in the morning. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY WITH A GAURD GATE. In order to get in you have to be on their list. We must to provide your first and last name (as on driver's license or state ID) to the guard gate. The name you give us must be the person picking up, they WILL check your ID before they let you in. We also need to know how many people will be with you. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you have furniture/lamps to move bring help, a lot of these pieces are heavy. There is also stairs inside and outside of residence, help may be required to navigate these stairs.
