Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.
5. Holding Items
No holds without payment.
Paid items must be picked up within the agreed timeframe.
6. Large Item Removal
Buyers are responsible for moving and transporting large items.
Please bring appropriate tools and help.
Removal must occur within designated pickup times.
7. Entry & Conduct
Entry may be limited to control crowd flow.
No large bags allowed inside (if applicable).
Theft or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the premises.
8. Liability Waiver

9. Children & Personal Belongings
Children must be supervised at all times.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

From the grandmother who traveled to France sourcing treasures for her antique shop in Santa Monica, California (circa 1930s–1985), to the Hensons’ love of entertaining and hosting unforgettable gatherings, this estate reflects a richly lived and beautifully curated life. Their passion for celebration can be seen throughout their vast collection of fine kitchenware, elegant catering platters, entertaining pieces, and thoughtfully collected décor.
Their travels throughout Asia further inspired a lifetime of collecting meaningful and artistic treasures brought home from abroad—each piece carrying story, craftsmanship, and charm.
The daughters, who lovingly cherished their parents’ passions and traditions, are now hosting their beloved family estate sale. Both Daughters have played on the Baldwin Piano since 5 years old which has been kept in great condition and tuned. The beautifully hand-beaded, artisan-crafted cultural dresses alongside Indian and Burmese artifacts and attire hand carried from Egypt, India, and Burma will be available for purchase and some were used for their Belly-Dancing art and sold at their studio.
