In Accordance with the Laws & the California State Board of Equalization.......
*** WE COLLECT CALIFORNIA SALES TAX........Unless you have a VALID resale permit on file with us.
If you DO have a valid resale certificate, then PLEASE bring your certificate and paperwork to show us........OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED SALES TAX !!
We verify certificates ON SITE (on smart phone) at the State Board of Equalization website !!!!
Any estate seller who is NOT charging, and remitting, sales tax to the state of CA, is breaking the law.
*** PLEASE NOTICE.......We hand out numbers 1 hour prior to the opening of the sale to those who are PHYSICALLY IN LINE. If you chose to place a marker to hold a place in line before numbers, then you MUST stay around the property to watch over your marker. The estate sale staff is NOT AT ALL respondsible for unattended markers or if you are NOT there when we hand out numbers.

Personal checks
Credit cards accepted over $25((under $100 there is a $2 bank service fee))
EVERYTHING will be sold......."AS IS" & "WHERE IS" and that's how we sell it.....(did you see how I did that?)
There are NO returns so PLEASE.......look over your purchases carefully BEFORE buying. Please inspect your purchases BEFORE buying.......there are NO RETURNS for any reason. Once it leaves the house, it does not come back !!
NOTHING will be pre-sold !! Everything you see in the photos is what is at the sale !! (( unless the family decided to keep something at the last minute, after all, it is their stuff ))
You MUST bring your own truck, tools & help......we DO NOT help you remove large items.
Our staff is NOT your labor.......we have a sale to run.
ALL items that you purchase "MUST" be removed from the property by the end of the sale !!
PLEASE..........BE COURTEOUS TO OTHERS AROUND YOU.

WELCOME FRIENDS !!
Sooooooo.....we are going to run a 1 DAY ONLY sale with the remaining items AND the family has given us a few more items to sell. I will add them in when I see what it is.
Thank you everyone for coming to our estate sale in Downey last weekend....even in the pouring rain!! And with a 6,000 sq. ft. house....there is still more to sell.....even after running a sale for 4 days.
