There will be a list on the morning of the sale, once you place your name on the list, you must remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return. We will only honor the True Legacy list put out by our associates.
We accept all major credit cards
Delivery services are available for larger items.
We will honor a watched list.
We do NOT presell any items.

Welcome back dear customers to another amazing sale with True Legacy Homes in the city of El Cajon. A one story home with many little treasures. Here you will find items such as furniture, patio items, kitchen stuff, glassware and more! Here is a partial list of the contents of the home.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Please make sure to check again on Thursday night/ Friday morning the pictures since the owners remove/keep items in the last walkthrough before the sale.
- Do not block any driveways. Even if you’re staying for a bit or if you’re picking up items at the event.
- If you’re planing on buying any larger /heavier pieces of furniture at this sale; we highly encourage you to bring extra people and tools to remove the contents. They need to be removed before 2 pm on Sunday. We also have delivery options. Ask us how it works and we’ll provide you more information. Thank you.
