• Please bring your own help to move and load large or heavy items. Staff may not be available to assist.
• Large items must be picked up within the designated pickup window unless prior arrangements are made.
• No large bags allowed inside the sale.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of customers in the warehouse at one time.
• Prices are firm at opening and may be reduced at our discretion throughout the sale.
• Please be respectful of the property, neighbors, and other shoppers or you may be asked to leave.
