Very few artists capture the sea in all its moods, from the fury of a full blown gale to the gentle surf on the beach, with shimmering moonlight to golden sunsets, as does JAC. She says, “A painting is like a light burning to warm the dark corners of the heart”, and she strives to communicate love happiness into her paintings which she shares with others. Her love of the sea has taken her the length of the Pacific coastline from Mexico to Alaska, where she captured many paintings of the ever exciting sea and the ever changing scenic Wonderland of nature.
Her love of the sea and its many moods and the beauty found in her florals, are reflected in her paintings. They are strong and dynamic. She works in oils with palette knife and brush, and has been commissioned to do paintings for many homes.
