Hello! We are BACK! Estate Liquidation is an essential business in the state of California during the Coronavirus Shelter in Place Order. Though, you are NOT going to find the usual 20 signs guiding you in and the crowds you usually would find at the estate. So, please have a good map to find us, this one is near Fat Apples in El Cerrito and is relatively easy to find. Necessarily, we are not encouraging crowds to protect our customers and ourselves. We will have limited attendance, we'd like to guarantee you at least 10' social distancing, not just the usual 6'! So, you need to make an appointment to come by the estate sale this weekend. Call us between 8 am - 9 pm this weekend, or text me during the off hours of that time frame. I will then get back to you with a time that we agree upon asap.

You will need to WEAR A MASK for entry into the estate. And, we will provide gloves. If you cannot agree to wear gloves and a mask, you cannot enter the estate. The realtor also is requiring us to have you to sign the California Realtors Association "California Property Entry Advisory and Declaration (PEAD) Form before entering estate (you can google that).
