***All Sales are Final, no returns. Seller is not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards over $50, only. No checks will be accepted. Prices will include sales tax to be paid by seller on total sale proceeds.

The Seller will not be liable for any injuries or damages to persons or properties that occur inside or outside of the home.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and other shoppers at all times. Please be mindful of neighbors and not block driveway, or park along red curbs, as you will be subject to towing. There is plenty of parking on the street.

WELCOME! Come early and buy something.  We need the room to walk around!

Address will be provided by 9am on May 30th. Instructions on how to enter the building will be posted at the front door.  There will be an access code provided, that will only be valid for Sale Hours. Changed daily for security.  ** Please note, this building is under video surveillance. Your access is limited to entry to elevator and access to the unit.  All other parts of the building are off limits.

** Note - Sale location  is in a secure building, and you will need to use the call box at the front door for entry.  Instructions will be posted at the building front door, just before the sale. 

** We cannot accommodate more than 15 people in the home at one time, so you may need to wait a few minutes to come in, if you arrive at the start of the sale.

Except for key furniture pieces, 90% of everything in this condo will be part of this sale. New items and images will be added daily. 

We will also be featuring some works of a local artist, Suz Anne Kear, as this home features one of her iconic murals. She will be onsite during part of the sale to introduce you to her art and answer any questions you may have. Suz Anne expects to have an event at another location later this summer.  Watch this space for an invitation to attend.
