We do not offer, nor do we use a list created by customers for entry to our Estate Sales. It is first come, first serve. We do not sell early to dealers.

We accept cash and credit/debit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) and Apple/Samsung Pay.

Unless you have a valid resale license, we must charge CA sales tax on all purchases.

If you do purchase furniture or any item in which may require assistance we do ask you to bring help & if we are not busy we will be glad to assist you.

Estate Sale Policies

To ensure an organized, efficient, and fair shopping experience for all customers, we ask that you observe the following policies:

Pricing & Discounts

At Attic to Basement Estate Liquidators, all merchandise is carefully evaluated and competitively priced for each estate sale. Unless otherwise announced by our staff or clearly displayed at the sale, all merchandise is sold at the marked price, and prices are firm.

No discounts will be offered on the first or second day of an estate sale unless otherwise announced. Any discounts offered during an estate sale or on a specific day will be announced by Attic to Basement Estate Liquidators, clearly displayed at the sale, and/or advertised through our official communication channels and licensed advertising platforms. Unless such a discount has been formally communicated, all merchandise is sold at the marked price.

Item Pricing

All merchandise is individually priced. Please check the back or underside of each item for its price sticker before making your selection.

Shopping Piles & Item Holds

Please create a shopping pile only if you are fully committed to purchasing the items you have selected. We encourage all customers to verify prices before adding merchandise to their pile.

Items may not be placed on hold unless you are prepared to purchase them at the marked price. At the sole discretion of Attic to Basement Estate Liquidators and its staff, any item placed on hold may require a non-refundable deposit and/or full payment at the time the hold is requested.

Holding merchandise without the intent to purchase, or reserving items in anticipation of negotiating a lower price, is unfair to other customers and disrupts the shopping experience.

Checkout Policy

Shopping piles are expected to be purchased in their entirety. Large piles may not be substantially edited, sorted, negotiated, or abandoned at checkout.

Attic to Basement Estate Liquidators reserves the right to return any abandoned or substantially altered shopping pile to the sales floor and decline the transaction if these policies are not followed.

Right to Refuse Service

Attic to Basement Estate Liquidators reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, cancel a hold, or decline any transaction, at its sole discretion, when these policies are not followed or when doing so is necessary to maintain a safe, orderly, and fair shopping environment for our customers, clients, and staff.

Acknowledgment of Policies

By attending any Attic to Basement Estate Liquidators estate sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies. Your attendance and participation constitute your acceptance of all posted sale policies, procedures, and terms and conditions established by Attic to Basement Estate Liquidators.
