We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and are not responsible for injury or death. We are not responsible for loading your purchases and or moving your items. All merchandise sold as is and not returnable after purchased. No children under 18 unless in hand of parent. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping paper as well as the ability to package your own purchases. Be ready to wait in line to pay for your purchases and ask for checkout number upon your arrival. We accept all forms of credit cards. We do not give out prices before the sale so please don't ask. We also don't sell items outside of the sales event. Thanks in advance for following these rules to make this a fun and competent sales event.
Starting Thursday October 12th (Gabi's birthday) and continuing Friday and Saturday, we will invite you down to 5501 Jilson Way Elk Grove CA 95757 to shop from one heckuva estate sale downsize. This is not the entire home and they are not moving out but they are selling higher quality items than we have had the pleasure to offer in any full house sale for a long long while. You friends will truly appreciate the girth of good taste throughout the house/garage and yard that will be offered up for sale from antique French 5 Foot tall corner display shelf and French oval side table in dark finish artwork, to designer clothing vintage and contemporary, tall unusual Stiffel lamp with original silk shade, a pair of down filled overstuffed Drexel Heritage LR chairs, reverse painted antique Asian art, Kimball vintage piano, fantastic crystal, china and ceramics, Belleek galore, Hummels, vintage Madam Alexander original large baby doll with original box, curlers and even her booklet!
We'll sell movies, magazines, books, music, yard decor (including a remote activated Bernini patio fountain 44" tall with color changing indoor/outdoor) exercise equipment, yard items, extensive Andy Warhol art collection and soup displays dating back to 1962, Budweiser posters from numerous locations they showed the horses, tons of holiday decor, vintage record albums from 78s to 33s, vintage electronics and stereo equipment and speakers, rare Italian Seahorse golden gilt mirror hand carved, beautiful solid wood dining room table, six chairs (including two king armed chairs) with additional leaves and padded cover in new condition, wonderful ornate Asian china hutch that marries well
with table set and so much more.
Stop by anytime Thursday for great prices from 9am-6pm with better prices on bulk purchases. We will be moving to 20% off at 12noon on Thursday for those of you who stick around or stop by after lunch. Friday from 9am-6pm we will offer half price on all items we have left for sale. Saturday will be half price 9am-12noon when we will move to box-lot pricing on most items from 12noon-2pm. At 2pm we will have donation of the leftover items and will not be offering free period at this lovely up-kept home. Instead they have a charity they would prefer free items go to and we will work to please the family.
As you can see by the photos shown below, we have some wonderful offerings this week and we hope you can all stop by and enjoy the fruits of our labors of getting these sales ready for you to shop from.
