All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. We Do not pre-sell. We also do not quote prices over the phone, unless the particular item has been designated as a pre-sell item in our sales ad. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. We accept Credit Card payments, Venmo and Cash at this sale.

You will need to haul your own items. Larger items will need to be retrieved by a licened and insured moving company.We are not responsible to assist moving heavy items for you. Please do not ask or assume. We have movers on standby if needed.
Backpacks and purses are not allowed in our sales. You will be turned away at the door. By entering this property, you agree to be recorded on our surveillance system. Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

No previews or prices given out prior to sale day. Please do not call prior to the sale requesting prices. We do not quote prices before the sale begins.

WE do not provide a list to get into our sales. We will honor a list made by customers waiting to get into our sale. Or we will use the line to gain entry.

WE are following all CDC, state, local, and federal guidelines in regard to COVID-19 mandates. You must be wearing a face covering to gain entry to our sale. This is not something we are going change, or derive from. The face covering MUST be worn at all times while on our properties. We want to make sure each and everyone that comes to our sale in well protected and feels safe while shopping!
