There is plenty of street parking. Please do not block the driveway or park in the driveway without permission from our staff. You will need to have the ability to move large pieces of furniture or any item that you cannot carry yourself. We cannot assist you in moving anything offsite. We will accept Cash, Credit Cards, and Zelle as forms of payment. We will have armed security at this sale. We also cannot allow any bags or purses into this sale. You may bring a box. Please understand by entering this home that you will be on CCTV. Due to the extremely high volume of email, text, and calls, we are unable to quote prices before the sale begins. We are happy to quote pricing after 10:00 am the day of the sale. Our onsite security will post a signup sheet by 5:00pm the night of the sale. It will be posted to the gate.
