*Sales tax will be charged on all purchases. Resell permits will be accepted only if a physical copy of the license is provided and the number is verified to be valid.
*Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home.
*Pricing information or any other questions via phone or email will not be available prior to the sale. We do not presell unless otherwise stated.

*You will need to haul your own items. We are not responsible to assist moving items for you.
*A hold area is available, please be certain you want items before placing them on hold- this is a commitment- you put on hold, you bought it.
*All valuables are removed from the site and brought in the morning of sale.
*Backpacks, large purses and bags are not allowed. Should you bring them they will be subject to inspection. Empty boxes are ok.
