The current health orders and restrictions from COVID-19 has made this auction very tricky to navigate. We have an obligation to do the best job for our clients and have our customers, you, as well-informed as possible, while making sure everyone remains healthy.

The live, on-site auction will take place on Saturday May 16, 2020 at 11:00am at 228 West Mission Ave, Escondido, CA 92025

Online bidding will end on May 16, 2020 at 8:00am. The highest online bid will be the starting bid.

Bids placed online will be verified within 24 hours of your first bid. If we are unable to speak to you, your bid will be removed.

If you place a bid online, you ARE registered to also bid at the live auction.

COVID-19 PROCEDURES

We will be scheduling in person, one-at-a-time, inspections beginning May 13, 2020. Please sign-up at BidNWin.net or call us to get an appointment. You MUST wear a face mask and gloves, only one person per appointment.

One-on-one video inspections are still available upon request. Please call 760-650-BIDS (2347) to set up an appointment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU INTEND TO PURCHASE. ALL BIDDERS WILL BE CONTACTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THEIR FIRST BID. IF YOUR INFORMATION CANNOT BE VERIFIED YOUR BID WILL BE REMOVED AND YOU WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM BIDDING IN THIS SALE.

THE HIGHEST ONLINE BID WILL BE THE STARTING BID AT THE LIVE AUCTION.

We will help you arrange for shipping on all vehicles. No on-site pick up will be allowed until the current Public Health Orders have been lifted. If you desire on-site pick up the vehicle will be stored for you at no cost until pick up is permitted. Shipping can be arranged immediately after bidding ends.

1. All purchases will be by Cash, Cahier's check or wire transfer only. These are the only payments accepted. We reserve the right to hold any vehicle until payment completely clears. A deposit equal to 10% of the final hammer price plus Buyer’s Premium must be received within 24 hours of close of sale. Full payment must be received with 72 hours of close of sale.

2. We reserve the right to require a $5,000 deposit or letter of credit from your bank any bidder. Failure to provide this when requested may result in your bid being retracted and you being barred from any future bidding on this sale.

3. All purchases are subject to a 10% Buyer's Premium

4. Shipping of vehicles is the responsibility of the buyer. We will prepare the vehicle for transport. We can help with arranging transport.

5. All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is, without warranty. We guarantee title on all vehicles. We do our best to accurately describe each vehicle, buyer is responsible for doing their own due diligence. Please read our Covid-19 policy above for video inspection.

6. We reserve the right to remove any vehicle before the reserve is met. Any vehicle whose reserve has been met will be sold to the highest! Vehicles are subject to sale by private treaty unless the reserve has been met by bid.

7. We are not liable for internet outages, internet lags or errors on the web site or other platforms.

9. All transfers will be performed by us. We are waiving the Documentation fee for this sale.

10. All purchases are subject to CA Sales unless you are a licensed car dealer. Out-of-state purchases may be subject to sales tax as required by local law. 

11. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer has the right to reopen the bids to the two disputed bidders, or all bidders, at the auctioneer’s sole discretion.

12. In the event that a bid is cancelled for non-compliance, the previous bid will be reinstated as if the preceding bid did not occur.
