By registering, bidding, purchasing, or participating in any sale conducted by Extreme Solutions, the bidder agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

IMPORTANT BUYER INFORMATION

• A 20% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to the final hammer price of all purchases.

• Applicable SALES TAX will be collected on all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is provided and approved prior to payment.

BIDDING

• All bids are binding and may not be canceled or withdrawn.

• By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• Extreme Solutions reserves the right to reject any bid, remove any item, or cancel any sale at its sole discretion.

• The highest accepted bid at the close of bidding will be deemed the purchaser.

• In the event of a dispute between bidders, Extreme Solutions shall have the sole authority to determine the winning bidder or reopen bidding.

PAYMENT

• Payment is due immediately upon the close of the sale.

• Credit cards on file may be charged automatically for purchases, including the 20% Buyer's Premium, applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and any authorized fees.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of purchases and suspension from future sales.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS & CONDITION

• All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.

• Descriptions, photographs, measurements, and condition reports are provided as a courtesy and are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.

• Buyers are solely responsible for determining the condition, authenticity, age, quality, value, and suitability of any item before bidding.

• The absence of a condition report does not imply that an item is free from defects, damage, repairs, or wear.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, chargebacks, or cancellations will be permitted for any reason.

LOCAL PICKUP

• Local pickup is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

• Pickup appointments will begin approximately three (3) days after the conclusion of the sale.

• Buyers will receive pickup instructions by email, text message, or other designated method.

• Buyers are responsible for loading, packing, and transporting all purchases.

• Please bring adequate assistance, packing materials, and appropriate vehicles for large or heavy items.

• Items not picked up within the designated pickup period may be considered abandoned and subject to resale, disposal, storage fees, or donation without refund.

SHIPPING

• Shipping is available on most items unless specifically stated otherwise.

• Shipping, insurance, packaging materials, handling charges, and carrier fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Extreme Solutions reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service level.

• Shipping requests must be communicated promptly following the sale.

DEFAULT & ABANDONED PROPERTY

• Failure to pay for purchases may result in cancellation of the transaction and suspension from future sales.

• Failure to pick up purchased items within the designated pickup period may result in forfeiture of the items without refund.

• Abandoned items may be resold, donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of at the sole discretion of Extreme Solutions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Extreme Solutions, its employees, agents, consignors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, claims, or expenses arising from participation in any sale, inspection, pickup, shipping, transportation, or use of purchased items.

AGREEMENT

• Participation in any sale conducted by Extreme Solutions constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
