Doors will open promptly at the designated opening time(s) listed above. The sale will occur Rain or Shine! Line-up numbers are handed out starting one hour before the start of the sale.  

Major credit cards, debit, and cash accepted. No checks, please. All sales are final. California State Sales Tax will be added to prices for customer without a valid resale permit. 

Parking is limited. Please park in a safe location without blocking the neighbor’s driveway. You may need to park and walk. Please no food, drink or pets in this home. All items are sold “as is” with no refunds or returns. Restrooms are not available for public use. Please be advised that the Homeowners and Caring Transitions are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on / or near the sale premises. All items purchased must be removed before the end of the sale day.

Note: Please bring help to load large items. Due to liability reasons, we are not able to help lift and move heavy items to the checkout or to your car. A hand cart/dolly is recommended if you wish to purchase large and heavy items. We do have a referral for an excellent Mover if you need one. Thank you!
