No parking on the driveway so please park on the street.  Do not block other people's driveways. 

Items include homegoods, kitchen supplies, china dish set, crystal glassware, pottery, living room, office, and bedroom furniture, collectibles, home decor, office supplies, books, linens, tools, pool table, washer and dryer,  potted plants, patio furniture, camera equiptment, fishing equiptment, pallet of pavers, etc.

People are staying on the property so everything will be monitored during closed hours and there are security cameras.

Property is not wheelchair accessible. Be aware that the home has a step to get into and there is no ramp. The living room also is sunken in with one step on each side. There are also narrow doorways.

Bring help to lift large items. 

Bring your own packing material and bags.

Cash, credit, and venmo accepted.
