Description & Details

This sale is a treasure hunt! The homeowner has lived on this property for over 30 years! Most of the furniture has been moved out, but there are three outstanding pieces left along with some smaller furniture items and lots of really fun collectible items, rusty and crusty garden stuff , old farm implements, salvage fencing, lots and lots of old bottles, a wonderful basket collection, a very old array of Mason jars, and just really great old "junk" waiting to be hauled away!

There is a 1980 Chevrolet El Camino with very low mileage and it comes with a shell.  The vehicle needs refreshed but the engine is in great shape along with power windows, air conditioning, and cruise control. We have driven the El Camino and it does need work on the cooling system. It is priced to sell and would make a great project for an auto enthusiast!

A room full of vintage frames and lots of old bottles!

Pieces and mores pieces of old, vintage stain glass and jewels including bullets, rosettes, bottle bottoms, and slag glass all from an old church in Mansfield, Ohio.

Goodies in the out sheds, seasoned firewood, some tools, garden stuff, and just pure, fun collectible stuff from past eras!

There is a wonderful old lighted "Cocktail" sign that would look great
in a home bar or recreation room, restaurant, or tavern. It is two sided with Cocktail written in red on both sides!

There are three wonderful pieces of furniture including a late 19th Century Esthetic/Art Nouveau Hutch, a late 19th Century Court Cupboard, and a Partner's Architecture Desk with two original stools.

We have a painted black dresser, a very old round oak table, another round table with four chairs, a great 42" square wood coffee table with glass top, a large collection of old Architectural Magazines, vintage books, some costume jewelry, lots and lots of seashells, wonderful outdoor stuff with an old metal chimenea, old metal birdbath, antlers, old cow skull, rusty and crusty garden implements, and the list goes on!

There is a washing machine and gas dryer, large chest freezer, and Yamaha Organ. There are wonderful redwood planks for shelves or whatever project you have in mind!

As we worked on the property we just kept finding wonderful treasures!
Come and make piles and we will price accordingly. You will enjoy your trip to the "country"!
