Estate Sale of a Local Well Known Legacy Glass Artist, Garry Cohen:

 

Garry Cohen had been crafting and mastering his amazing glass art for over 30 years.  He  retired  as  the  Director of the glass blowing department at Palomar College.  Garry Cohen was on the leading edge of the exciting revitalization of studio art glass in San Diego where he lived in his magical glass ranch home where he offered private lessons and garden tours.  His art as a whole is nature inspired and was recognized for his lively vibrant colors and an array of techniques and patterns.  His deep colors and imaginative flair for design helped make a name for himself as an accomplished glass craftsman.
