Cash is MOST welcome. We do accept credit/debit over $50. Cash is faster. Checks ok if we know you well.
For large items, or things that would be very disruptive to move during sale hours, we require pick-up after hours. Bring muscle if you are purchasing large items. We are unable to help lift or carry.
Prices not given out in advance of sale. And PLEASE understand that we cannot take calls to answer questions, measure items, etc. in the sale, nor can we ANSWER EMAILS before the sale starts. We have thousands of customers attend each sale, & do not have time to accommodate these interruptions in advance of the sale. We CLEAN, PRICE and DISPLAY virtually all of our items in advance for your shopping convenience, and that alone is a TREMENDOUS task. This is not a digger sale or a sale thrown together on a couple of tables. This is a clean, well lighted place, and we work VERY hard to make it a pleasure for you to shop. ALL merchandise is of exceptional quality & condition.
Attendees must abide by all staff requests. We do not allow boxes, shopping bags, etc. in the house.We have an attended sold area for your selections. We do provide wrapping paper & bags. We do not provide boxes.
The state of California charges sales tax & we are required to collect it on their behalf. There are serious penalties for sellers not abiding with state laws regarding collection of taxes.
Please leave food and drink outside or in your car. And PLEASE, do not bring your dogs, cats, birds or other pets.
No children will be admitted. really.

This is NOT your typical estate sale! We are offering limited merchandise, largely focused on WOMEN!! (YOUR MEN ARE WELCOME TOO, LADIES). There is no garage, no kitchen, no appliances, no JUNK or little misc. to sift through. NOTHING YOU REALLY NEED. ONLY THINGS YOU WANT! This sale is set up as a boutique to honor women & the things they love! (There also may be some items you could buy for a man if you feel guilty shopping just for yourself and your friends!)

OK! just added the photos. Other advertised items are not yet displayed, hence there are no other photos. I get a lot done on the last day. I will try to add more photos, but in the "olden days" we had no sites to show photos and everything was a surprise!! And I think it is more important to try to get the merchandise out and PRICED instead of staging photos. I know you agree on sale day. Regarding the handbags: hey, there are a lot. NOT ALL are out yet, as you can see, there is not more room. We will have back up inventory priced and ready to bring out, when we have a slow spell. BUT, that may be at the end of the day.
