6515 Northbrook Way, Fair Oaks  95628.  This is 1 ½ blocks from the intersection of Madison Ave. & Dewey Drive, near Mercy Hospital & all the med clinics.  Follow the GREEN Signs!

This large home is wall to wall with unique antique pieces of furniture~~ The kind of pieces that are versatile, mostly small, and can be used in virtually every room. There are also large stunning pieces as well.

Antique Furniture:

A mid-Century modern complete bedroom set & a pair of mid-Century upholstered chairs. We have a number of mid-century Blanc de Chine hanging lamps & table lamps!!  Heavily carved oak rocker with figural arms. Old smaller oak roll top desk. Plus there is a drop front desk with bookcases & glass doors, & the most stunning burled walnut desk with lots of drawers & cubbies.  Two large brass tray tables.

A couple of armoires, vanity with triple mirrors, several Art Noveau pieces of furniture. Marble top wash stand with tile back splash.  Many pieces of Marble top furniture, Monumental cabinet with figural carvings & burled walnut (yes, it comes apart for moving!)  Antique china cabinets, antique bookcases with glass doors, one is leaded/stained. Rosewood smaller display cabinet. 5 small (lamp table size) curio cabinets with leaded glass doors, sides, & back.  SIX  antique clocks, one is a Grandfather.  An old tiled iron stove.

Large Asian floor screen with applied hard stone. Games table, And the most beautiful Victorian coal scuttle I have seen~ hand painted with inlaid mother of pearl!   Doll trunk with lots of embossed copper, tin lined chests. Newer Furniture:  A truly magnificent mahogany dining table with banded inlay surface & chairs, newer, FLAWLESS, & USA made with custom table pads.  Also a Drexel hand painted cocktail table. Sofa & pr. Wing chairs by Sherrill (USA MADE!). High end leather sofa only 2 yrs old. Pair of Lazy Boys top of the line ALL leather recliners, about 2 years old. All leather is Perfect! There is additional newer furniture, including a fab mahogany curio cabinet with beveled glass doors. Two King Beds.

Many paintings including an original KOROS, who was a Dutch Artist, specializing in the painting of Mediterranean children. It is wonderful!!

Lighting:  We are selling SEVEN chandeliers!! Three are nice all clear crystal, all really good quality. We have two bohemian glass chandeliers, one is White cut to pink & hand painted, one is deep green with hand painting. We have 2 Alabaster Chandeliers. One is a huge alabaster ball with 5 full figured brass/bronze women holding up an alabaster bobeche which contains the lights.  We have a number of mid-century Blanc de Chine hanging lamps & table lamps!!All ceiling fans & window treatments are also for sale.  Many monumental  brass Floor candle holders.

We will be running this sale 4 days. Sunday is Mother’s day, so bring Mom over & let her find something she loves! We will close earlier than usual on Sunday, unless we have lots of customers. MONDAY WILL BE THE FINAL SALE DAY. From 1 p.m. until 4, unless we have customers still coming. ALL will be sold so the home can be updated and placed on the market for sale. So check out the house & the neighborhood! As always, we have everything displayed nicely, with a price tag, and the merchandise is clean, clean, clean!!! Please no Boxes, bags, food or drink. Children are welcome ONLY after our rush hours. Children must be held at all times, or hold a parents' hand at all times. This is someone's home and personal property.

NOTE: NO jewelry or other high value items will be left on premises before the sale, and we shall remove all of said items each day at the end of the sale. Someone IS staying in the house every night from now till ending of sale.  There is a gated area next to the garage. It holds all of the items for sale from the yard. If it is in the yard, outside of this gated area, it is not for sale~~ Please do not go in the yard. It contains items that the seller is keeping.

Please be patient with staff who are showing items in locked cases, such as the jewelry etc.THEY ARE FOLLOWING COMPANY'S POLICIES & PROCEDURES, & they WILL BE WORKING WITHIN SAID POLICIES. Attendees of our sales must not argue with staff members about our policies & procedures, and must adhere to company policies. We have areas & cupboards that are private. We request you do not open or enter such designated areas. We are working under a contract with our sellers and it is our duty to protect their property.

Please, you must bring help when loading heavy items. We do not have staff available to help you load your items. You will have a few days after the sale to pick up large items. Bags & wrapping paper is provided for you to wrap your items.

Numbers @ 8 a.m., garage open @ 8:30 before house opens. We request you purchase your garage items, take them to your car, (we will not open house till you all get back with your numbers).  This house is PACKED, and it is hard to move around in.  We have a large hold area, and will hold all your items until you are done shopping.  If you put an item on the hold table, we consider it sold. There is no going back through your items after you say you want them & put them on hold. This sale is only running a total of 21 hours, & we cannot allow items to be "off the market" in your hold box when other people may want them. If you are "deciding" the items must be left on the table for sale until you are ready to commit to purchase it. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with our business policies.
