• Safety and service is our top priority. Please do not block roads, driveways on sidewalks while parking. Do not enter property until 8:00 of sale date.
• Be prepared, we are a CASH ONLY business and do not accept checks or credit cards. We will accept ZELLE up to $200.
• Please be respectful to your fellow shopper and our staff as we will refuse service.
• Please dress accordingly and be prepared to wait in line as we limit the amount of people into the property.
• All items must be picked up by close of sale.
Please do not enter or line up on property before 8:00am
Please park in a safe and lawful manner on street. Please DO NOT disturb neighbors!
• All items are to removed by buyer and all items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”

An Old Fashion 2 day estate sale at one of the oldest homes and original owners in Green Valley! It has some original theater seats from Fairfield Cinema and the original bar from the Green Valley Country club! It’s so packed that were not even making a list. Just look at our over 400 pictures the only items not pictured is the vintage jewelry and there’s lots of it! Oh and one more thing, we’re not charging for the dust!
It’s a fun and super sale with super secret pricing at Fridays open. (Must be present for details) Keep watching this ad for updated pictures as the sale date gets closer.
Although it’s a first in-line, first inside policy, the property allows us to let more people than normal in. However, there will be a limit due to safety hazards and will be determined the day of the sale. . Customer list will removed and not honored. Unattended customer boxes or bags will be removed and discarded. Only 1 customer at a time to examine the jewelry and will need to sign up after entering the home.
