This is a cash or credit sale. Credit sales will be charged 5%. No sales tax will be charged. Bring your own boxes and packing material. No large bags will be allowed inside the home. We are not responsible for accidents or loss while you are on the property. If you plan on purchasing furniture you will need help to load. SMALL CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. Gate will not open until 8:00 on Friday and Saturday and 11:00 on Sunday. No exceptions. Please only park on one side of the street so resident traffic is not blocked.

ONLY 20 PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE AT ONE TIME. As people leave, more will be let in. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

We will do pre-sales with a valid credit card or Paypal account and at full price only. Item(s) must be removed during the sale unless other arrangements are made with the owner.
