You must bring help to load furniture & appliances...we do NOT have help to load. Bob Burg is our local mover, his telephone number is posted at every sale. ALL Furniture purchased must be removed by 2:00 pm SATURDAY!
Please be quite in early morning hours as this is a Residential neighborhood.
Do NOT block neighbors driveways. Courtesy to fellow shoppers at all times.
By State Law we charge sales tax!! If you are RESALE have your number with you & fill out a resale card for our records. All numbers are checked with BOE for current. No bogus or closed numbers!
Although we try to inspect for any damage & price accordingly you must inspect all your merchandise before purchase. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS....YOU ARE BUYING "AS IS". All Electrical is checked & working. Anything sold for parts is stated as NOT WORKING.
Due to the large amount of theft please leave your large purses, bags, & coats in your car. You are welcome to bring your own boxes or plastic containers to shop with. WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT YOUR PURSE, BOXES, & CONTAINERS. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Parking will be tight on this small cul-de-sac street. If you park in neighbors driveway you will be asked to leave. If you block their driveways you will be asked to leave.
Since people are entitled and do what they want anyway...I've told the neighbors to just call the Sheriffs department and they can write you a ticket for trespassing. Please do not spoil it for the good customers who abide by the rules!
