We may limit entry at opening to prevent crowding and accidents; please be respectful.

Cash, local checks only with 2 valid ID's.
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges.
No large bags; no drinks, no food allowed inside the home, NO exceptions.
No bathrooms for the public, sorry.
Bring your own bags & packing; we have a very limited supply on hand.
Customers are responsible for packing and carrying their own purchases, bring help for large items, no delivery.
Sold items must be removed by end of sale on Sunday, 2 pm.
Keep children in hand and under control.

Our mother/grandmother has moved to a small assisted living studio and could take very little, so we are selling the contents of her lovely home.
