There will be a list on the morning of the sale, once you place your name on the list, you must remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return. We will only honor the True Legacy list put out by our associates.

Delivery services are available for larger items.
We will honor a watched list.
We do NOT presell any items.
Due to the high volume of sales, we are not able to answer questions regarding specific items before the sale opens. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello and welcome back again to another spectacular sale with True Legacy Homes in the area of Fallbrook. This two-story home will provide so many good items to decorate your home, to wear, and/or to put in your yard. Here is a partial list of the contents that you can find at this sale this weekend.

IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE:

1. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block their driveways.
2. If you’re planning on buying heavy or larger pieces of furniture please bring extra help and tools to remove the contents. We also provide delivery options. Ask us how it works and we will give you more information.
3. Check the photos again on Thursday night since the owners may remove or take items from their home in their last walkthrough
