Line-up numbers may be handed out approximately one hour prior to sale start time.

Major credit cards, debit, and cash accepted. No checks, please. All sales are final. California State Sales Tax will be added to prices for customer without a valid resale permit presented.

Please park in a safe location on the street without blocking the neighbor’s driveway. Please only park in the driveway if picking up furniture. You may need to park and walk. Please no food, drink or pets in this home. All items are sold “as is” with no refunds or returns.
Restrooms are not available for public use. Please be advised that the Homeowners and Caring Transitions are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on / or near the sale premises. All items must be removed before the end of the sale day.
