True Legacy Estate Sales

1. We have the honor to provide an official True Legacy list on the first day of the sale. List will be available on Saturday between 6:30 am and 7:00 am, so be prepared to add your name and the number of people from your party in the same box on the list. 
2. We highly suggest to check pictures again Thursday night as owners took/removed items to keep in this same day. 
3. Please, do not block neighbors driveways. Even if you’re picking up something or staying for a few minutes. Be respectful with neighbors.
4. On the other hand, if you’re planning on buying heavy or larger pieces of furniture at this event, we recommend to bring extra help and tools to remove the contents of the home. We also have delivery services. Ask us how it works, and we will provide you with more information. 
5. BE AWARE, PARKING SPACE IS VERY LIMITED AT THIS LOCATION. We suggest to park in one side of the main road on Peony Dr. and walk to the property
