1.     We will provide an official True Legacy signup sheet on the first day of the sale. List will be available on Saturday morning at 7:00am. Once you place your name on the list, you MUST remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave, your name will not be honored and you will need to resign the list upon your new arrival. We will only honor the official True Legacy Homes sign up sheet.  
2.     We highly suggest checking pictures again Thursday night as owners may take/remove items from the sale that day. 
3.     Please do not block neighbors driveways. Even if you’re picking up something or staying for a few minutes. Do not block fire hydrants. Do not park in the middle of any culdesac. Be respectful of the neighborhood. 
4.     If you’re planning on buying heavy or larger pieces of furniture, we recommend bringing extra help and tools to remove the contents from home. We also partner with a third party delivery service. Ask us how it works and we will provide you more information.
