​All Sales are Final: Everything is sold entirely "As-Is" and "Where-Is." We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or guarantees. Please inspect all items carefully before bringing them to the checkout counter.
​Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Debit, and all Major Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. No checks are accepted.
​Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless you provide a valid, physical copy of your resale certificate at checkout.
​Bring Your Own Muscle: Our staff is not permitted to lift, carry, or load heavy items or furniture due to liability insurance regulations. You must bring your own tools, moving equipment, and labor to safely remove your purchases from the property.
​Item Removal Deadlines: All large items and furniture must be removed from the premises by 2:00 PM on the final day of the sale. Any items left past this time will be considered abandoned, and ownership will forfeit back to the company with no refunds issued.
​Property Access & Safety: We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or slips and falls on the property. Please watch your step, be mindful of uneven surfaces, and remain in designated public areas of the home.
​A sign-up sheet will be utilized on the first morning of the sale to manage crowd control. We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside the home at any given time to ensure safety and security.
​Shopping Etiquette: Shoplifting, price-swapping, or hiding items will result in immediate removal from the sale and a permanent ban from all future events. Please leave large purses, backpacks, and heavy jackets in your vehicle.
​Inventory Disclaimer: While we strive to ensure all pictured items are available, the family/executor reserves the right to remove items from the sale prior to opening. We will do our absolute best to update the listing if a high-profile item is withdrawn.
