We will open this beautiful home on Friday & Saturday at 9, and close at 4. Sunday we will be open 10:30 till 3. If we have many customers, we always stay open later!

This is a very large home filled with the best of everything!!  Starting in the living and dining room~ a magnificent HENREDON curio cabinet, a pair of MARGE CARSON silk sofas, Glass top marble dining table with upholstered chairs. CHAPMAN,  FREDERICK COOPER & STIFFEL lamps! A set of CHAPMAN Brass & Glass Hurricanes  that are magnificent.  LA BARGE cocktail table. Many Asian items, Waterford, fine china (including Fitz/Floyd fine china), Flatware, Herman Miller mantle clock, cuckoo clock, kidney shaped writing desk . . . . An oil painting by a listed artist that is about 130 yrs old (the painting, not the artist).  Japanese wood block. A HARP. Silk trees & florals. Occasional chairs. Pair of painted tables. Drexel tables. Bar stools.

The backyard has a magnificent faux bamboo dining set, wall fountain, incredible large pots & urns, a metal potting table, chairs & tables . . . .

There are 2 queen beds in this home, & top of the line linens to adorn them, + bed linens for a King bed. Lots of throws, duvet covers etc. Six panels, white indoor/outdoor grommet  draperies from Pottery barn.

Three leather LAZY BOY RECLINERS, nice art, Monumental Asian Jar/urn.  Satsuma, & a HUGE bowl~~ senior moment, I cannot remember what it is called!! This lady was also able to acquire one of two large Asian sculptures that originally were part of the décor at Frank Fat’s!  Books galore.

HUGE selection of table linens~ all perfect of course!! And fab bath towels. A kitchen full of fine French Copper cookware~ the GOOD stuff!! Wrought iron bakers rack~Not a flimsy cheapie!! Many small appliances, excellent quality cookware in addition to the copper.  Chickens Galore!! Kitchen linens in abundance!!  Several sets casual dinnerware and plates. Tea cup collection.

Amana Front load washer/dryer recently purchased, as well as a Maytag stainless steel French door refer with slide out drawer that is only 3 yr old. And a nice wine refrigerator!! Sewing machine, beading stuff.

Clothing for both men & women!  Men’s coats, jackets, shirts & pants.

Women’s clothing will take more time to describe!! No old lady stuff!! More Ralph Lauren than the store that bears his name!!  Kay Unger, Chicos, many leather coats/jackets, a brand new camel hair coat. Her daughter came 7 years ago to live in and care for her (she still occupies the home). Neither of these women ever saw an item of clothing they liked that they left in the stores.  So, we have sizes 2, 4, 6, s, m, l, xl. These garments are in like new condition. And coats too!! Some fabulous dressy items~ not to be missed.  A nice collection of Wacoal, nightwear, etc. And the nicest assortment of scarves . . .

ST. JOHN KNITS!! Most are lg. a few med. 1 sm.

Shoes are size 5 & 7 and 7 ½.  Coats galore. Oh, and did I mention handbags?????

Wow, I have never seen so many. Coach, Kenneth Cole, B Makowsky, Tignanello, Vera Bradley, Brighton, Stone Mountain, Fossil, vintage, every color, style, size! There is also costume jewelry, and 1 diamond ring which will not be left on the premises.

Garage cabinets for sale and shelving. Weathervane. And a nice small freezer that has always been in the laundry room~ we moved to garage for easy viewing. Really nice Christmas décor. Stuff worth buying anytime!

The daughter is still living in the house until it sells. Please do not enter any areas that are marked private. She just  left Saturday afternoon so we are rushing to get ready.  Please understand that we do not have time to take phone calls, quote prices before the sale (most of that gets done late Thurs. night), measure items in advance, or send photos of specific items. We try to have everything freshly cleaned and priced for your shopping pleasure, and every interruption takes time away from our tasks. We thank you for your understanding! And please, no children under 16. Most members of our staff are over the age of 65, and we are moving quickly through the house  and it is too easy to trip over a little one on the floor.  There is also a pool, and we cannot have children near the pool for safety reasons. Please understand our dilemma with this. Also, please no boxes, shopping bags, food or drinks. Thanks and hope to see you there.
