On eBay items marked “Or Best Offer”, offers received will be considered, but we will normally throw the item to auction before the best offer expires. We may also throw to auction when there are 3 watchers. The idea of course to receive a fair price for the items for our clients.

Please check local pick up items before you bid. Large items are generally too expensive to ship, so local pick up only, unless it is an antique or collectable that you are willing to pay all freight charges, and that can be expensive. Check freight companies online to get an idea of how much the item will cost to ship. Local pick up is in the area of Fontana California.

Current Sale Items: There are many items on our store, and more added daily as time allows. Currently, there is furniture, art, décor, albums and much more. Again, we will add items daily so check back occasionally for more items.

We are currently passing up new sales to give us time to load items on our eBay store as well as make room for new sales.

Please check photo’s carefully and ask any questions or request additional photos before you purchase. Remember, these items are from Estate Sales. We do not know any of the items. We do not always see breaks, cracks, and defects. We inspect items more carefully when shipping the item. Should there be any issues that arise, we will contact you to ensure you still want the item. If you decide not to buy, full refund will be issued.

We attempted to use Ebay calculated shipping, but it was usually wrong. We therefore do not attempt to calculate shipping. We ship through FedEx. All items are insured and signature required. All costs are charged on your invoice. Shipping with other than free boxes, purchaser pays for shipping container. Exact shipping costs will be on your invoice. We will do combine shipping, however, sometimes we are very busy and may miss items. Try to give us notes and emails to ensure we combine everything for you.

Invoices can usually go out in 3 days, however, there are times when we are backed up with shipping and preparation work. Remember, these are Estate Sales, so we may have 25 items sell in the same day, so you can imagine it is a lot to prepare and ship the items. 

If you are purchasing a large item, remember to bring help lifting the item when you pick it up. If you want it shipped, you will need to find a reliable freight company and make all arrangements for the shipment. You can contact uShip.com for rates, but contact a freight company you are comfortable with.

You can also do local pickup on items to avoid shipping costs.

Local Delivery may also be available. Contact us for more information. There will be charges for local delivery.

We usually do not know the families, so we are not aware of smoking and pets. If we are aware, we will try and let you know.
