Estate Sale Terms and Conditions
Arrival and Parking
• The estate sale is open to the public. Entry may be limited based on capacity and item availability.
• Customers may form an informal line prior to opening. TIDYUP TRANSITIONS is not responsible for maintaining or managing the line before the sale begins.
• Entry will begin at the advertised start time and will be granted in an orderly manner based on the line present at that time. No early entry will be permitted.
• Please be respectful of neighbors, property owners, and TIDYUP TRANSITIONS staff at all times.
• Do not block driveways. Driveway parking is not permitted.

Entering the Home
• This sale takes place in a private residence. Please watch your step when entering and exiting the home.
• No purses are permitted inside the sale. Empty bags only.
• Customers are encouraged to bring their own empty bags, boxes, and packing materials for purchases.
• Only certified service dogs are permitted. All other animals are not allowed.

Shopping Guidelines
• Please shop carefully and be respectful of the home, property, and items for sale.
• Hold tables are available as a courtesy while you continue shopping.
• Items placed on the hold table should include the customer’s name and remain actively monitored by the customer.
• Items left unattended for an extended period may be returned to the sales floor.

Purchasing Items
• All items are previously owned and sold in their current condition.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle, and major credit cards.
• A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to credit card transactions.

Removing Purchased Items
• Customers purchasing large or heavy items must bring their own help and tools for moving and loading.
• TIDYUP TRANSITIONS staff are unable to assist with moving or loading items.
• Purchased items must be removed without causing damage to the home or property.
• Customers must provide their own transportation (truck, trailer, etc.).

Safety and Liability
• Customers enter the property at their own risk.
• TIDYUP TRANSITIONS and the property owner(s) are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on or around the premises.

Company Policies
• TIDYUP TRANSITIONS reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or interferes with maintaining a fair shopping environment.
• TIDYUP TRANSITIONS reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the sale at any time without prior notice.
