Owners relocating and need to clear the property from farm implements, stored antiques, collectables, and personal items including decoratives, furniture, 1 tractor with backhoe attachment, power tools and hand tools.

We will try to post a video late in the week prior to the sale, we have gone through about 70% of the items at this point 10-24-23

In The way of furnishings, there are several items well worth the trip if you are considering coming from out of the area, there is seriously way too, too much to cover all of it here, but there is a dining table from the 30’s-40’s (cherry Wood) that opens to 10’ with all the leaves. I’m told there are 8 chairs, so far I’ve uncovered 5 and have spotted the backrest of a 6th, this is in great condition.  

Stainless steel whirlpool kitchen appliance set still in the packages (Packages are somewhat diminished but the appliances are in great shape) 1 Oven with Microwave on top with the matting gas cooktop. Phenomenal !
If your planning a kitchen upgrade this is a great start at a fraction of what you’d pay from a dealer. 

There may be a second stainless set with a single oven and gas cooktop we are pulling these from a shop loft area with a fork lift on 10-26 and will post pictures that evening

The largest portion of this sale will be conducted outdoors and at/in a large outbuilding. The home on the property will be off limits (occupied). Porta-potties on site

Please do not disturb the residents. Please wear headgear to protect from sun exposure and bring your water.

This sale will consist of items on site and will also incorporate the contents of two large storage units to be brought to the site and sorted through. Photos will be published as we discover all that is in the storages that are boxed.

One of the storage sites contains (8) 1950’s through 70’s soda vending machines, a small amount of soda advertising paraphernalia, home furniture and furnishings, a barber chair, display cases from a Visalia Bakery, a set of beautiful tall redwood doors, some art lithographs and furniture.The other storage contents that will be brought is furniture, vintage doors and some vintage lighting, vintage fire hydrant, office furnishings, an awesome 1930’s farm table, antique furnishings, and boxed items that we are still going through.

1995 Mercedes E300D Diesel, under 200k mi, runs well but has some comfort interior issues. Body in good shape with the exception of bumper cover (Front) & small ding below trunk button, unfortunately there will be no starting or driving it until end of day each day, while it lasts. Currently on Non Op ( Need all my help on premises during sale)
