Greetings and Happy Holidays!
This weekend we will host the sale of the Famous Ray Appleton KMJ Radio Talk Show Host.
He is moving and has decided to let go of some of his many treasures! He is not posting any pictures!!
Sale info:
Saturday Dec. 17th. at 9:00am
Address is 2903 N. Van Ness, just south of Shields.
Numbers will be passed out at 8:00 am to insure crowd control.
Since this is a Man Cave Event, Frank will have a display and sale of Estate Jewelry for the Ladies.

It is official…. I will be inviting you to my home Saturday, December 17th, for a sale of items I wish to share w/you. And, obviously don’t want to move them into my new home as this experience is about downsizing. Everything from my extensive collection of knives, a few antique weapons going back to the 1840s… A vast collection of wristwatches and designer eyeglasses I’ve never used(ha!) Various items from my travels to 129 countries. Guitars, bass guitars, and amp. I have a massive collection of wool and leather jackets that I’ve never worn. I see it, I buy it, I put it away, I forget that I have it, and it never gets worn…silly, I know. I will be around as a lot of these items have stories. Near the end of next week, I will post my address and the hours. After meeting with a couple of the people from the estate company I’ve hired to do the sale I’m kind of taken back by how many one-of-a-kind items I have but…. I just have too much stuff. Including extra beds and furniture pieces. And that is where you come in. To relieve me of some of the stuff. And! NO! The life-size velociraptor on my roof is not for sale. It’s coming with me to protect my new home.
